Abstract
يتناول البحث دراسة الانعکاسات التى يمکن أن يضيفها استخدام مدخل "المدن الذکية" فى توجيه مشروعات تنمية المجتمعات العمرانية الجديدة فى مصر، من خلال تحليل متغيرات ومشروعات المدن الذکية التى يمکنها أن تساهم فى التعامل مع القضايا والمشکلات الأساسية التى تواجه وصول التنمية بالمدن الجديدة فى مصر للأهداف التى انشئت من أجلها.
ويستکشف البحث المتغيرات الأساسية للمدن الذکية من خلال الأدبيات التى تعرضت لهذا الموضوع، مع استخدام مدخل أنظمة المدينة کمدخل لفهم تلک المتغيرات، وبالتالي التعرف على التغيرات التى يمکن أن تحدث على تلک النظم من خلال استخدام تطبيقات ومشروعات المدن الذکية لتحسين کفاءة تشغيلها بما ينعکس على کفاءة واستدامة المدن الجديدة فى مصر. This paper studies the implications of the "smart cities" approach in guiding new urban communities development in Egypt, through the analysis of smart cities variables and projects, which can contribute in dealing with core issues and problems facing the development of new cities in Egypt.
The research explores the key variables of smart cities through related literature, and the use of “city systems” approach as an entry point to understand these variables. It hence identifies changes that can occur on those systems through the use of smart cities applications and projects, to improve its efficiency which will be reflected on the efficiency and sustainability of new cities in Egypt.
