Abstract
الإشکالية: تکمن المشکلة البحثية في عدم الاهتمام عند تصميم وتخطيط الشوارع بجودة حياة المستخدمين وتفضيل أهمية السيارات في الشارع على اهمية المستخدم له، مما ساعد في تدهور البيئة العمرانية في القاهرة والتي بحاجة ماسة لتحقيق جودة الحياة للسکان فيها. هدف البحث: دراسة العلاقة بين جودة مسارات الحرکة غير الآلية وجودة الحياة للمستخدمين في المدينة. وسائل البحث: يتم تحقيق الهدف من خلال دراسة النماذج الرائدة عالميا مثل (شارع ألين وبايک)، والتطبيق على النماذج المحلية بالقاهرة الکبرى والتي انقسمت الى نماذج قائمة (شارع الشواربي) وتم تقييمهم بالاستبيانات للمستخدمين الزيارة الميدانية، والنماذج قيد الإنشاء (مسار غرب سوميد بمدينة السادس من أکتوبر) وتم ذکرهم کحالات قيد الإنشاء والتشغيل، والاستفادة من الدراسة التحليلية والتطبيقية للوصول الى المعايير التفصيلية الکاملة. بالإضافة إلى قياس المستوى المعيشي للمستخدمين والعمل على تلبية احتياجاتهم بسهولة ويسر، ويتم قياسها بناء على معايير مادية ومعنوية تؤثر بشکل مباشر على مؤشرات جودة الحياة لدى المستخدمين. نتائج البحث: تتلخص في أن مسارات الحرکة غير الآلية لها أهمية کبيرة وقدرة عالية على جذب سکان المدينة وزوارها ورفع مستوى جودة الحياة لهم. وذلک لأنها تدعم الأمن والسلامة للمستخدمين وتدعم العملية الترفيهية وتلبية الاحتياجات وتعزز الصورة الجمالية والثقافية للنماذج القائمة، وقد أثبتت الدراسة التأثير الإيجابي لتلک النماذج على السکان والمستخدمين والمناطق المحيطة. Quality of life is a multi-disciplinary approach. It focuses on enhancing the well-being and welfare of man. Cairo is one of the most corded cities in the world, and traffic is a major problem within the urban environment. Users’ preference of using cars exceeds the preference of walking in the streets, which leads to the deterioration of the urban environment in Cairo, which in turn urgently needs to achieve the quality of life for its residents. Accordingly, the research problem focuses on designing and planning streets to enhance the quality of life for the Cairo inhabitants. This is done by studying the relationship between the non-motorized traffic paths and the quality of life for city users. A detailed methodology is carried out depending on studying the world’s leading models such as (Allen and Pike Street), then applying its outcomes to the local models in Greater Cairo. The local case studies were divided into two categories: existing models represented by (Al-Shawarby Street), and the under-construction model represented by (Sumed West path in the 6th of October city). Based on running a questionnaire and field visits, an analytical study was carried to deduce the criteria of evaluation, as well as measuring the users' standard of living and requirements. The research concluded by reaching the factors affecting the planning and designing of streets to enhance the quality of life standards in Cairo.
