البيئة هى المجال المحيط بالإنسان من کائنات حية أو جماد، و يرتبط نجاح الإنسان في بيئته على قدر فهمه لها و استثمار مواردها بما ينفعه مع الأخذ في الاعتبار الحفاظ عليها وعدم الضرر بها، و لقد برزت المشاکل البيئية کخطر بات يهدد بقاء الإنسان مثل التغيرات المناخية و تلوث الهواء و البحار وما يعرف بالاحتباس الحراري وغيرها من التغيرات، ونجد أن هناک من يعمل جاهداً، على إيقاف حالة التدهور في البيئة، حيث بات موضوع مشاکل البيئة بشکل عام و العمارة البيئية بشکل خاص حديث العلماء والمهندسين والمختصين في العالم، حيث أصبح حل هذه المشاکل من القضايا الهامة التي يوليها العالم اهتماماً کبيراً، لما لها من تأثير کبير على حياة الإنسان، مما أدى إلى ظهور الفکر للعمارة البيئية.
في هذا الإطار، يتطرق البحث إلى التعرف على مؤشرات قياس کفاءة المباني الصديقة للبيئة وخاصتا مواد البناء الحديثة، من خلال محوري التصميم والتنفيذ ومدى تأثيرها على المباني الصديقة للبيئة، مع تناول نموذج دراسي بمنطقة جازان بالمملکة العربية السعودية کدراسة تطبيقية، في محاولة لتطوير عملية بناء التجمعات السکنية بها للوصول لمجتمعات سکانية صديقة للبيئة، ويتبع البحث منهج الرصد والتحليل من خلال جمع المعلومات وتوصيفها وتحليلها في سبيل استنتاج مشکلات التلوث البيئي بمنطقة الدراسة ومن ثم محاولة التوصل للأطر المناسبة لتنفيذها کمباني صديقة للبيئة.
The environment is the surrounding area of human beings live, human success is related to the environment as much as his understanding of it and to invest their resources, including help him with taking into account the preserved and not to damage it. Where the subject of environmental and environmental architecture became problems in a researchers scientists, engineers, and specialists in the world, where the solution of these problems became the important issues that the world gives it great importance, as they have a great impact on human life, which led to the appearance of environmental architecture. In this context, the research address to identify the factors affecting the friendly environmentally buildings and as especially modern building materials, through the design and execution to get the most influential for the friendly environmentally buildings standards, with applied study of model in Jazan region, trying to develop the building housing it communities process to reach to environment-friendly communities.
