Abstract
يمثل هذا البحث مدخلاً لمحاولة فهم وتفسير الأفکار الخاصة بالمبانى السکنية ذات المساحات الکبيرة العملاقة, والتى ظهرت من قبل وخصوصا بالبلاد الغربية منذ الحرب العالمية لتلبية أحتياجات الناس من المأوى والسکن, مع دراسة وتحليل تلک المبانى السکنية وفهم الفکر الخاص بنظرياتها، والتى ساهمت فى ظهور السکن بتلک المشاريع العملاقة بهذا الشکل، حيث تم استعراض ودراسة وتحليل مجموعة من المشاريع التى تم بنائها بمناطق ودول مختلفة کدراسة نظرية لما سبق، للوقوف على الإيجابيات والسلبيات التى ظهرت بتلک المشاريع التى تحتوى على عدد هائل من الوحدات السکنية، تم أستعراض فکرة مشروع إنشاء أکبر مبنى سکنى فى العالم بمصر والذى طرح مؤخراً من خلال إحدى الشرکات المصرية، ثم عمل إستبيان لإستطلاع رآى مجموعة من المهندسين المعماريين والطلاب الدارسين في مجال العمارة والمستخدمين من الناس، ثم عمل مقابلات مع سکان مناطق ذو کثافة سکانية مرتفعة وآخرى منخفضة واجراء استبيان معهم، وکذلک فتح باب الحوار للمناقشة وأيضاً عرض الأفکار المقترحة المختلفة من خلالهم، ومن هذا المنطلق فإن هذا البحث دعوه للفهم للوصول إلى السکن الأفضل. This research is an attempt to understand the concepts and ideas of large residential complex buildings, which appeared before, especially in Western countries after the World War. These buildings were designed to meet the people's needs as shelters. The study will focus on analyzing these buildings and understanding the theories of design. A review of several examples is studied and analyzed several housing schemes that have been built in different regions and countries. The study concluded a checklist that was tested on an Egyptian case study to find out the negatives and positives that emerged in those projects that contain a huge number of units, the project of constructing the largest residential building in the world in Egypt was recently reviewed. Then, a questionnaire was conducted with experts in the field, users, and developers. Finally, the research concluded with some guidelines for designers and developers.
