Abstract
نظرا لأهمية القاهرة التاريخية کممتلک للتراث العالمي. تعددت البحوث والدراسات للحفاظ عليها سواء على المستوى الأکاديمي والعملي. وخاصة بعد تقدم مصر لمنظمة اليونسکو في 1979م لتسجيل القاهرة الإسلامية، ذُکر في ملف الترشيح أن المدينة التاريخية للقاهرة تغطي نحو 32کم2على الضفة الشرقية لنهر النيل، وتحيط بها من کل الاتجاهات أحياء معاصرة، وتم وصف الموقع بأنه نسيج تاريخي مازال متماسکاً على نطاق واسع. کما تعدد الجهات المسئولة مثل وزارة الآثار والجهاز القومي للتنسيق الحضاري التابع لوزارة الثقافة. وکذلک محافظة القاهرة وهذه هي الأطراف المعنية الأساسية. بجانب مؤسسات ووزارات أخري مثل وزارة الأوقاف والداخلية والإسکان التي انشات جهاز باسم القاهرة الفاطمية وکل هذه الهيئات والوزارات يعتمد حدود مختلفة للقاهرة التاريخية. وهو ما يمثل مشکلة البحث لرئيسية. لذا يجب وجود حدود واحدة واضحة، يسهل تطبيقها، يتفق عليها کل الوزارات والهيئات کما يتم اعتمادها من مرکز التراث العالمي واليونسکو في أسرع وقت. وهو ما يمثل الهدف الرئيسي للبحث. والتنسيق والشـراکة مع کل المؤسسات التي تتولى العمران ومسؤولياته المختلفة.
Due to the importance of Historic Cairo as a World Heritage property. There have been numerous researches and studies to preserve them both academically and practically. Especially after Egypt‘s submission to UNESCO in 1979 to register Islamic Cairo, the nomination file stated that Historic Cairo covers about 32 km2 on the eastern bank of the Nile, surrounded from all directions by contemporary neighborhoods. The site is described as a historical fabric that is still Widely preserved. Moreover the presence of several responsible parties such as the Ministry of Antiquities and the National Organization of Urban Harmony of the Ministry of Culture. As well as Cairo Governorate and these are the main stakeholders. In addition to other institutions and ministries such as the Ministry of Awqaf, Interior and Housing, which established a body in the name of Fatimid Cairo and all these bodies and ministries depend on different boundaries of historical Cairo. This is a major search problem. Therefore, there must be one clear, easy to apply, agreed upon by all ministries and bodies as adopted by the World Heritage Center and UNESCO as soon as possible. Which is the main objective of the research. And coordination and partnership with all institutions that have different responsibilities.
