تقييم تطبيق مبادئ الإقتصاد الدائرى على الموارد العمرانية غير المستغلة بالتجارب العالمية

تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تقييم تطبيق الاقتصاد الدائري في بعض التجارب العالمية كأحد أدوات تحقيق التنمية العمرانية المستدامة فى ضوء تحقيق أهم مبادئ الاقتصاد الدائري وهى : تعزيز كفاءة استخدام الموارد المتاحة داخل التجمعات وبخاصة الموارد الغير مستغلة، وتقليل الفاقد والهدر من الموارد المتاحة داخل تلك التجمعات سواء كانت تلك الموارد بيئية وعمرانية واجتماعية واقتصادية.
لذلك سوف يتم تقييم خمس تجارب دولية قامت بتطبيق الاقتصاد الدائري سواء كان على مستوى التجمع ككل أو على مستوى المناطق العمرانية وقد شملت التجارب كلا من : أمستردام ، ستوكهولم ، البرازيل و بروكسل .ويهدف هذا التقييم محاولة للوصول إلى الموارد التي تم التعامل معها و الآليات والدراسات و المعايير المستخدمة لتطبيق الاقتصاد الدائري في ضوء مبدأ الاقتصادي الدائري  والتي حققت نتائج ملموسة على جوانب التجمع الأربعة بيئية وعمرانية واقتصادية واجتماعية فى محاولة للوصول إلى سبل تطبيق الاقتصاد الدائري بالتجمعات العمرانية في الحالة المصرية و الوصول إلى تجمعات عمرانية مستدامة .


This research paper aims to evaluate the application of circular economy principles in selected global case studies as a tool for achieving sustainable urban development. The study focuses on key principles of the circular economy, namely: enhancing the efficiency of resource use — especially underutilized resources—and reducing waste and losses of available resources within urban areas. These resources include environmental, urban, social, and economic components.
Accordingly, five international case studies were selected for evaluation, each of which applied circular economic principles at either the city level or within specific urban districts. These case studies include Amsterdam, Stockholm, Brazil, and Brussels. The goal of the evaluation is to identify the types of resources targeted, the mechanisms and analytical studies employed, and the standards adopted for implementing circular economic strategies. The analysis highlights the tangible outcomes achieved across four key dimensions: environmental, urban, economic, and social. Ultimately, the study aims to explore ways of applying circular economy principles in Egyptian urban communities, contributing to the realization of sustainable urban settlements.
