Abstract
جودة الحياة هي فكرة تمت مناقشتها مؤخرًا في دراسات مختلفة كاستجابة للعديد من مشاكل البعد الإنساني التي تواجه المدن الجديدة في جميع أنحاء العالم وكذلك في مصر، فالهدف الرئيسي من هذه الدراسة هو الإجابة عن سؤال: هل المجتمعات العمرانية الجديدة تحقق معايير ومؤشرات جودة الحياة الحضرية بصورة تواكب العصر؟ لذلك تناقش الدراسة مفهوم جودة الحياة الحضرية بشكل أكثر عمقا، والذي يتمثل في صياغة أدوات تساعد في تقييم مستوي جودة الحياة الحضرية داخل المجتمعات العمرانية الجديدة. لتكون قادرة على قياس مدي الشعور بالرضا لقاطني هذه التجمعات من خلال تلبية احتياجات بيئتهم الحضرية، ومن ثم السعي نحو مستقبل حضري أفضل ومجتمع متوازن ينعم بجودة الحياة الحضرية. وتعتمد هذه الأدوات علي دراسة (نظريات الاحتياجات الإنسانية في إطار السياق الحضري، ومناهج ونظريات التصميم الحضري المعاصر)، حيث يمثلان الجانب المعنوي والجانب المادي لجودة الحياة الحضرية، وذلك بهدف الوصول إلى أدوات واضحة وفعالة لفحص العمران داخل البيئات الحضرية في المدن الجديدة، ومن ثم تساعد في تقييم الواقع من خلال الإطار التطبيقي للدراسة، والذي يعتمد على قانون (رافائيل) كأحد مقاييس جودة الحياة الشخصية، حيث تم تقييم الرضا لقاطني مدينة حدائق أكتوبر كأحد التجمعات العمرانية الجديدة، حيث اتضح من الدراسة ان هذه المجتمعات بها جودة جيدة ولكن تحتاج الي تطوير، ولذلك تم تقديم رؤية تساعد في تحسين جودة الحياة في هذه المجتمعات. كما يمكن أن تكون هذه الأدوات مفيدة للمخططين والمصممين ويمكن الاعتماد عليها عند الشروع في بناء وتطوير المجتمعات العمرانية. All over the world, different studies recently discussed the "Quality of life" concept as a solution to many problems of new urban communities, including Egypt. The main aim of the study; is to answer the question: Do new urban communities achieve criteria and indicators of the quality of urban life? Therefore, the study further explains and discusses the "Quality of life" concept using a carefully set criteria that measures the level of "Quality of life" in new urban communities and the level of satisfaction of residents within these communities. After studying theories of human needs and theories and approaches of contemporary urban design, some measurement tools were reached to measure the satisfaction of the residents of these communities using Raphael’s law; considering that it’s one of the most commonly used laws in the measurement of "Quality of life". Subsequently, this will help achieve a better urban future and a balanced society that enjoys good quality of urban life. After applying the "Quality of life" measurement tools on Hadayek October City (one of the new urban communities in Egypt), results showed that residents of Hadayek October enjoyed good quality of life, but that urban quality still needs some further development. The current study presents a clear vision and an effective measuring tool to increase the quality of life and help planners and designers build and develop urban communities more effectively.
