مستقبل أماکن العمل بعد (کوفید 19): نحو دمج التصمیم البیوفیلی والتقنیات الذکیة فی أماکن العمل المکتبیة The Future of Workplaces Post (Covid -19) Towards Integrating Biophilic Design and Smart Technologies in The Office Workplaces

شھد تصمیم أماکن العمل المکتبية العدید من مراحل التطور المتغیرة علي مدار العقود الماضیة کنتیجة للعدید من الظروف والمتغیرات السائدة،  بالإضافة للتطور التقني المستمر الذي لم يغير فقط طريقة تصميمها بل غير أيضا أين وکيف ومتى نعمل، وظهر ذلک جلياً بعد جائحة فيروس کـورونا المستجـد  Covid-19حين تحول العاملون في جميع أنحاء العالم للعمل عن بعد أثناء فترة الحجر المنزلي. ويناقش البحث ذلک من منطلق إشکالية زيادة المخاوف من خطرالإصابة بالوباء مع بداية العودة التدريجية إلى أماکن العمل وأهمية توفير البيئات الصحية الأمنة فيها. ويهدف البحث إلى تحفيز المصممين لصياغة حلول تصميمية مستقبلية تساهم في توفير بيئات عمل آمنة تعزز الصحة والرفاهية والإنتاجية للعاملين. العلاقة فيها مع الطبيعة عامل أساسي ومحوري مع ضرورة التحول من التصميم الموجه نحو الطاقة الى التصميم الموجه نحو الإنسان لتعزيز صحته ورفاهيته، والإستفادة من التطورات التقنيات الذکية التي تدعم وتقيس مؤشرات الصحة والرفاهية لأماکن العمل والعاملين. وتفترض الدراسة أن دمج التصميم البيوفيلي والتقنيات الذکية في أماکن العمل المکتبية يمکن أن يکون المفتاح الأساسي لتحسين تجربة المستخدمين وخلق بيئات عمل آمنة وصحية ومنتجة، لتصبح أماکن العمل المستقبلية صحية وذکية في نفس الوقت. ويتبع البحث المنهج الإستنباطي من خلال دراسة المفاهيم المرتبطة بالتصميم البيوفيلي وأنواع التقنيات الذکية، ثم تحليل ومقارنة مجموعة من حالات الدراسة لتقديم بعض الإستراتيجيات التصميمية کمدخل لصياغة إطارلأماکن العمل المستقبلية قائم على مبادئ وأنماط التصميم البيوفيلي ومدعوم بالتقنيات الذکية. ويعد تحقيق هذا الإطار وضرورة تفعيل استراتيجيات وأليات التصميم اللازمة لذلک من أهم نتائج البحث، مما يساهم في تعزيز دفاع مکان العمل ضد الأمراض وتوفير بيئات عمل أمنة وصحية مع تحقيق المرونة وقابلية التکييف للمستقبل.
The design of office workplaces has many developments over past decades as a result of many conditions and technical developments, that not only changed the way it designed but also where, how, and when we work. This was evident after emerging Covid-19 pandemic when workers around the world switched to working remotely during home quarantine periods. The research discusses problems about increasing fears of catching the epidemic risk and the importance of providing safe and healthy environments with the beginning of the gradual return to the workplaces. The research aims to motivate designers for formulating future solutions to provide safe work environments that enhance the health, well-being, and productivity of workers. The relationship with nature is fundamental in these solutions with the advantage of smart technologies that support and measure health and well-being indicators for workplaces and workers. The research assumes that integrating biophilic design and smart technologies into workplaces can be the primary key to improving user experiences and creating safe, healthy, and productive work environments. The research follows the deductive methodology by studying concepts of biophilic design and types of smart technologies, then analyzing and comparing groups of study cases and present some design strategies as inputs to formulate future workplaces framework, based on patterns of biophilic design and supported by smart technologies. Achievement of this framework and its design strategies are the most important results of research, which strengthening the workplace's defence against diseases, providing safe and healthy work environments, and achieving flexibility and adaptability for the future.
