Abstract
يُحاط المجتمع في الآونة الأخيرة بثورات في عدة مناحي سواء ثورات تکنولوجية، أو ثورات شعبية کما يحدث في المجتمعات العربية مؤخراً والتي تُعد أحد ردود أفعال الثورة التکنولوجية، فلا يمکن إغفال دور شبکات التواصل الاجتماعي التي کانت من أهم دعائم بزوغ وتحقيق هذه الثورات الشعبية ذات المبدأ والهدف الأساسي وهو تحقيق العدالة الاجتماعية لکافة المجتمع الذي يُفترض أن يعيش العصر التکنولوجي الحالي لکنه في الواقع يعيش بعيداً عن المجتمعات المتقدمة بفجوات زمنية تمنعه من التواصل معه بإيجابية. وتأتى الثورات الطبيعية کالتغيرات الحادة في المناخ لتعلن عن غضبها من کافة المجتمعات المتقدمة باستخدامها تکنولوجيات تؤثر في الدورات البيئية للطبيعة، أو غضبها من مجتمعات دول العالم الثالث من الاستهلاک الجائر للطبيعة وإهدار الموارد الطبيعية فکلاهما يختلف في أسلوب التعامل مع الطبيعة لکنهم يساهموا معاً في إلحاق الضرر بها. ويناقش البحث عدة تساؤلات وهي ما مدى تأثير هذه الثورات على العمارة؟ وما هي التحديات والإمکانيات والسيناريوهات المقترحة نحو عمارة مستدامة تتواءم مع المتغيرات المتلاحقة في العصر الحالي وتتفاعل بإيجابية مع العصور المستقبلية؟ وکيفية وضع الآليات اللازمة لتحقيق الاستدامة في العمارة لتلاءم متطلبات الحاضر المصري دون إنقاص قدرة الأجيــال المستقبلية لتتوافق مع تلبية متطلباتهم والتي تختلف من منطقة لأخرى خاصة في مصر لما تذخر به من بيئات وثقافات متنوعة؟
ولما کان المسکن أو الحاجة إلى المأوى يُعد مطلب أساسي کما أنه يُمثل أزمة عددية في المجتمع المصري لزيادة السکان، وأزمة کيفية حيث يفتقد للاستدامة، فمن هنا جاء دور البحث في السعي نحو وضع أسس ومعايير لوحدة سکنية مستدامة سماتُها اقتصادية يمکن أن تکون رؤية مستقبلية لحل المشکلة العددية للسکن في مصر، وتحافظ على البيئة والطاقة وتحقق العدالة الاجتماعية. وبالتالي تُحقق التزاوج والدمج بين مبادئ الثورة الشعبية واستراتيجيات ومفاهيم الثورة التکنولوجية (التصميم المستدام)، وتسخير الإمکانات المتاحة في تسهيل التصميم المستدام لخلق مسکن صديق للبيئة يتم تصميمه وتنفيذه وتشغيله بأساليب وتقنيات ورؤى مبتکرة وغير نمطية، ودراسة مدى اختلاف هذه المعايير تطبيقاً على الأقاليم المصرية کدراسة حالة على مستوى الفراغات المعمارية وطرق تجميع وحدات المسکن والمعالجات المختلفة لتصميم المسکن، لتحسين جودة الحياة من خلال مسکن عصري مستدام. Recently, revolutions have been encompassing several aspects in the society, whether technological revolutions or uprisings has occurred lately in the Arab societies, which in turn are deemed as reactions to the technological revolution. The social networks role can't, in this context, be overlooked, having been an important impetus that contributed to realizing such uprisings calling for one principal and main objective of achieving social justice for the whole society that is supposed to experience the temporary technology, yet, it lives apart from the developed societies falling behind them by a time gap in a manner that prevents mutual positive communication. Then natural revolutions, as the severe changes in weather, manifest itself clear, getting angry about all the developed societies because of their usage of technologies that affect the environmental cycles of nature or about the Third World societies because of their overconsumption of nature and wastage of natural resources. Although both of them deal with nature in a different way, they do cause damage to it. The study discusses some inquiries about the impact of such revolutions on architecture, the challenges, prospective potentials and scenarios toward sustainable architecture that is compatible with successive changes of the present time and that positively interacts with the future, along with the methodology through which the mechanisms necessary to achieve sustainability in architecture are developed , in order for it to be in line with the current requirements of the Egyptian society without weakening the future generations' abilities, to enable them to meet their needs that differ from one area to another spaicial in Egypt according to the various environments and cultures? Whereas dwelling or the need of housing is one of the basic needs; and it also constitutes a crisis in the Egyptian society regarding its availability in numbers which is attributed to the overpopulation, along with a question of quality since it lacks sustainability. Therefore, researches have had a role to pursue bases and criteria for sustainable, economical housing units, which may be a future vision helps addressing the question of number of dwellings in Egypt, maintaining environment and energy, and achieving the social justice. Thus, help pairing and integrating the principles of the uprisings and the technological revolution’s strategies and concepts (sustainable design), along with utilizing the available potentials to facilitate the sustainable design in order to establish Environment- friendly dwellings that is designed, implemented and operated through innovative and atypical methods, techniques and visions , as well as to study the extent to which such criteria vary within the Egyptian regions as a case study at the level of architectural spaces, and to consolidate the units and the different design approaches of the dwelling to improve quality of life through a sustainable dwelling.
