Abstract
يناقش البحث إشکالية النمو العشوائى المتواجد فى بعض مشروعات الجامعات القائمة وبخاصة التى لم يتم تخطيطها مسبقاً بالکامل فنشأت فى حقب زمنية مختلفة ومتتابعة فى ظل احتياجها إلى وظائف جديدة بحيث تواکب المتطلبات المعاصرة، أدى هذا النمو العشوائى إلى فقدان عمران هذه الجامعات إلى خصائصه العمرانية والتشکيلية والجمالية. فأصبحت تتسم بعشوائية العمران بالرغم من أهميتها العلمية والتعليمية. وحيث أن الجامعات من المشروعات الخاصة من حيث أدائها لوظيفتها فى إستيعاب الأنشطة التعليمية والحرکة الجماعية للطلبة. فلابد من توفير الفراغات المختلفة والملائمة لکل نشاط تعليمى أو إجتماعى أو إدارى، کما أن مراعاة الحالة الذهنية للطالب وتوفير المناخ الملائم للاستيعاب وإعطاء روح الانتماء للطالب بالتواجد فى الحرم التعليمى من أهم الأهداف التى يجب توفيرها فى تلک المشروعات، وتم اختيار الجامعة الإسلامية بالمدينة المنورة کحالة دراسية وذلک نظراً لمکانتها التاريخية والمعرفية حيث أن هذه الجامعة من الجامعات الکبرى فى المملکة العربية السعودية والدول العربية والإسلامية، وکذلک لأنها تتميز بالتنوع الثقافى والاجتماعي لطلابها حيث أنهم من جميع أنحاء العالم، وتتعاظم أهمية البحث فى التزامن مع الخطط التطويرية الحالية بهذه الجامعة. ويرکز هذا البحث على دراسة عمران الجامعات سواء من ناحية أساليب التخطيط والتصميم أو دراسة الفراغات، وذلک للتوصل إلى معايير يتم تطبيقها على عمران الجامعة الإسلامية (الحالة الدراسية)، وذلک بهدف التوصل إلى أفضل حالة عمرانية وفراغية وبصرية لها بحيث تعکس التوازن بين أهمية الجامعة المعرفية وصورتها العمرانية، ومن ثم التوصل إلى منهج يمکن أن يساعد فى تطوير عمران الجامعات المشابهة. The paper discusses the problem of unplanned growth present in some existing universities projects, in particular, which was not previously planned that Fully sprung in different successive periods of time in light of their need for new jobs so that kept pace with contemporary requirements, This unplanned growth has led to the loss of urbanization of these universities and its characteristics of urban, Form and beauty became characterized by randomly urbanization in spite of scientific and educational importance.
While the universities are considered as one of the special projects in terms of the performance of their function to absorb the educational activities and mass movement of the students. We must provide different spaces appropriate for each educational, social activity or administrative, also taking into account the state of mind of the student to provide the appropriate environment for absorbing and give a sense of belonging for the student to be in campus, that’s the most important goal that must be provided in these projects.
The Islamic University of El Medina El Monawara Has been selected as a case study, given the historical knowledge of its position as the university to be one of the major universities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Arab and Islamic countries, And also because it is characterized by cultural and social diversity of its students, where they are from all over the world, and the growing importance of research in synchronization with the current development plans in this university.
This research focuses on studying the urban of the universities both in terms of planning and design methods or space studies, to reach standards that can be applied on the urban of The Islamic University (the case study), with the aim of reaching to the best urban, spatial and visual case that reflects the balance between the importance of knowledge university and urban, and then getting an approach that could help in the developing the urban of the similar universities.
