Abstract
يشهد قطاع العمران المصري ثوره فعليه على ارض الواقع ورغم من أن الدولة المصرية أعلنت تبني مفهوم الاستدامة كأساس لتحقيق أي تنمية ألا أن التنمية في قطاع العمران تكاد تكون بعيده كل البعد عن أهداف التنمية المستدامة وخاصة البيئية. وأصبح الوضع الحالي يستدعي التدخل العاجل لوقف التدهور البيئي واقتراح مجموعه من المداخل العمرانية التنموية المبتكرة التي يمكن أن تحقق أهداف التنمية العمرانية للدولة المصرية مع الحفاظ على التوازن البيئي للمنتج العمراني الجديد. وبناء عليه قام البحث من خلال دراسة نظرية مقارنة للمداخل العلمية الحديثة إلى تحديد مدخل "التصميم العمراني التجديدي" كأحد أهم المداخل العلمية الحديثة التي يمكن أن تحقق أهداف التنمية العمرانية المستدامة لقطاع العمران المصري. يهدف مدخل "التصميم العمراني التجديدي" إلى إنشاء مجتمعات عمرانية قادرة على تجديد مواردها ومواجهة الكوارث ويتم ذلك باستخدام "علم المحاكاة الطبيعية "والذي يمثل أداة لتحقيق التجديد من خلال نقل خصائص الكائنات الحية والبيئة الطبيعية إلى العمران لإعطائه نفس القدرة على التأقلم البيئي. وقد اعتمدت منهجيه البحث على منهج استنباطي من خلال مجموعه من الدراسات النظرية توصل من خلالها البحث لإطار مبدئي لتفعيل مفهوم وفكر التصميم العمراني التجديدي في العمران المصري. ثم من خلال دراسة تحليلية لمجموعة من التجارب التي طبقت مفهوم علم محاكاة الطبيعة قام البحث بتدقيق الإطار المبدئي وصولا للإطار النهائي المقترح لتفعيل منهج التصميم العمراني التجديدي كمنهج بيئي مستدام مقترح لتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة للعمران المصري. Recently, the Egyptian government has announced sustainability as the sin quo for any development plans on all the governmental sectors. The Egyptian urban development sector has been the main target concerning the ability to introduce sustainability aiming to minimize the negative impacts of the sector. Although, the government plans to introduce sustainability the achieved development is still existing negative impacts especially on the environmental dimension. The situation urges for a new approach that bare the ability to satisfy the development of the sector while maintaining and preserving the environmental assets of the developed urban areas. The paper aiming to target the appropriate approach conducted a comparative analytical study for the various new urban development approaches. The study announced the ‘urban regenerative’ as the most effective approach being able to address the challenges and mitigate the impacts of the Egyptian urban developments. The approach is set to have the ability to promote a kind of sustainable urban product that can maintain and recharge its resources and mitigate the natural environmental hazards. Based on adoption of the biomimicry technology where features of biotic and abiotic characteristics of nature are transferred to the urban of our cities. Based on literature review and theoretical studies a framework for promoting the approach within the Egyptian context has been inducted. International case studies where analyzed to refine the initial inducted framework, based on which the final proposed framework was concluded.
